App2Me Print works with Ricoh's PCL Universal Driver to give users the ability to print to any device (running App2Me) on the network. Also, print jobs are stored locally on your PC, not on a MFP. This means you can print from any App2Me-enabled MFP as long as your App2Me-enabled PC and MFP can communicate. It doesn't matter if the MFP is on another floor or in another office.

App2Me Print also supports locked printing, so users can get the same waste reduction and security benefits as Ricoh's normal print drivers. App2Me Print gives users two easy ways to print:

1. Select App2Me Print when using an application's "Print" function. This method provides users with the familiar look of our PCL driver.

2. Simply drag & drop the file onto the App2Me Print icon!

Method 1 provides you with the ability and flexibility to set many different print properties as you would with a normal printer driver. Method 2 allows for ease of use when the default settings are acceptable, though you can change the default print settings by opening the properties for the App2Me Print logical printer (Printers and Faxes > right-click "App2Me Print Google PCL6" > Properties).
